We want to hear about it if something's gone wrong. Most things we can sort out quickly.

How to lodge a complaint

1. Go to our contact page and tell us what happened — include your display name, the date, and any relevant details.
2. We'll acknowledge it and look into it. For competition disputes, please lodge within 14 days of the result.
3. We'll let you know the outcome and, where we got something wrong, put it right.

Child-safety or urgent matters

For anything involving the safety of a child, see our child-safety page — we treat these as urgent. If someone is in immediate danger, call 000.

Still not happy?

If we can't resolve your complaint, you may be able to contact the relevant body — for example the ACCC (consumer issues), OAIC (privacy), or the eSafety Commissioner (online safety).
